Colorado Asian Pacific United collaborated with History Colorado and CU Denver’s College of Architecture and Planning to bring Where is Denver’s Chinatown? Stories Remembered, Reclaimed, Reimagined to life. This exhibition explores the history and resilience of Denver’s Chinatown, ensuring that this vital part of the city’s past is remembered and honored.

On view from October 9, 2024, through August 9, 2025, the exhibition features stories from the AANHPI community, highlighting the voices that shaped and continue to shape Denver’s Chinatown. Learn more about visiting the exhibition at History Colorado’s website.

Opening Event:
An opening celebration was held on October 9, 2024. Guests enjoyed light refreshments provided by Yuan Wonton and a special performance by the Guiding Mountain Dragon & Lion Dance Association.
